We’re excited to bring sports physicals on campus at Monterey Trail High School. We are partnering with Revolution Orthopedics and Kime Performance Physical Therapy to provide this service to our student athletes. The physicals will include medical evaluation, injury risk screening, and a performance assessment. The student athletes will receive a signed participation physical pending physician approval, and a report of their injury risk and performance metrics. Estimated time of testing will be less than 30 minutes. We expect many student athletes will participate so please register using the link below and select the best time for you. We are offering two sessions one May 14th and one May 15th from 5-8pm at Monterey Trail High School in the gymnasium. 

Please note, if you have a preexisting condition associated with a cardiovascular or lung condition please see your primary physician to be cleared to play. This event is not able to serve you at that level of care.
